These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Golden Life Foundation website at myglf.org ("the Site") and any related services we provide. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Golden Life Foundation

Golden Life Foundation is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization serving communities across Nevada and Illinois through community-based behavioral health support, housing stability initiatives, workforce development, and resource navigation services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Site, including transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise collecting information from the Site without authorization
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity

4. Donations and Contributions

• Golden Life Foundation is a 501(C)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
• Donations are processed through third-party platforms including Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card processors. We are not responsible for the terms, fees, or policies of these third-party services.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days at support@myglf.org and we will review the request in good faith.
• Donors are responsible for retaining receipts and consulting their own tax advisors regarding deductibility.
• We may acknowledge donors publicly unless an explicit request for anonymity is made.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and the Golden Life Foundation name and mark, is the property of Golden Life Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Golden Life Foundation. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Access to and use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, reliable, or error-free. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Golden Life Foundation is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Golden Life Foundation does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Life Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content on the Site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Life Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Golden Life Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other protected status in its programs, services, employment, or volunteer opportunities. Programs and services are offered consistent with applicable federal and state nondiscrimination laws.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
